Stage 3: Expanding Your Healing Capacity

(Months 5–6)

This stage focuses on integration and adaptability. As your healing foundation deepens, we support your body’s ability to navigate challenges without reverting to old stress patterns.

You develop deeper alignment between your mindset, emotions, and actions, allowing your system to respond with greater balance and flexibility in everyday life.

You’ll build inner strength, embrace sustainable habits, and enhance your ability to maintain and optimise your healing — even in the face of change.
